It is our goal to create the most beautiful products for your dog. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, shipping times vary based on the item ordered.

Due to high demand, custom engraved items usually ship out within 2-3 weeks. Holiday delivery is not guaranteed. Non-customized products usually ship within 1-2 business days.

We use USPS for shipping on most orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is on the way - complete with tracking, so you may know exactly when it will arrive.
